Public Notice: 2025 Property Tax Billing Delay We wish to inform residents that the issuance of 2025 property tax bills is currently delayed. Our office is awaiting the final updated property data required for upload into our billing system before bills can be generated and mailed. We tentatively anticipate that property tax bills will be completed next week. We understand the importance of receiving tax bills in a timely manner and sincerely apologize for this delay. Please be assured that we are working diligently to complete this process as quickly and accurately as possible. An additional update will be provided once billing is underway. Today, we honor and remember Luther Royal, a dedicated public servant whose impact on our city will be felt for generations. Luther Royal served our community with distinction for 11 years as Mayor and 16 years as a City Council member, giving nearly three decades of his life to the betterment of our city. His leadership, commitment, and steady presence helped guide our community through years of growth and change. Even after his time in office, Luther never stepped away from serving others. He remained deeply involved in the community, always willing to lend his time, wisdom, and support wherever it was needed. We are grateful for his years of service, his love for this city, and the legacy he leaves behind. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who were touched by his life. Thank you, Luther Royal, for serving our city so faithfully. 🕊️
